Sheng Zhen Healing Qigong
A Practice of Returning to Wholeness
Tuesdays at 11:30 AM · By Invitation Only
Sheng Zhen Healing Qigong is a meditative movement practice that invites you to return to your natural state — open, balanced, and deeply connected to life. Rooted in unconditional love and guided by simplicity, it is not merely a system of energy cultivation, but a path of awakening through the body.
Sheng Zhen offers a fluid and integrative framework for healing. It transcends the mechanical application of technique and enters the realm of inner transformation — where movement, intention, and awareness converge.
In this practice, we:
Reorganize the body’s energetic patterns through graceful, intentional movements
Regulate the nervous system and harmonize internal rhythms
Cultivate presence, emotional integration, and spiritual clarity
Allow healing to arise from stillness, rather than force
Classes are held in an intimate, focused setting to protect the depth of the field. Attendance is by invitation only, for those who feel called to deepen their inner work through embodied spiritual practice.
This is not about mastering a form.
It is about softening into the truth that you are already whole.
Sacred Circle Group Meditation

A Gathering for Inner Growth, Connection & Awakening
3rd Wednesday of the month
Sacred Circle is a space where we come together in practice — to listen deeply, reflect openly, and grow in wisdom and presence. Rooted in the rhythms of nature and the traditions of mind-body medicine, this circle invites participants into a journey of conscious evolution.
Practitioners engage in various activities to deepen understanding, cultivate virtues, and access higher states of awareness. Through meditation, contemplation, Qigong, and authentic conversation, we explore the terrain of the inner world — not to escape life, but to meet it more fully.
Each gathering is a dynamic field of shared inquiry and stillness — a time to slow down, integrate, and remember what matters most.

Saturday 4/11 from 3-4:30pm
How our feet strike the ground organizes our response to the environment. What is the terrain I'm navigating? What is the level of safety or threat I need to respond to? What muscle response or position is appropriate to meet the task at hand?
How our feet sense, load and respond to the ground shapes our balance and posture. Our feet are paramount to the way life travels through our body, and the way our body travels through life.
In this 90-minute workshop, we bring together holistic Physical Therapy, Qigong, and Tai Chi walking to support both the mechanics and the felt experience of our foundation.
Guided by Marika Baxter, PT, Dr. Mark Romano, ND, and Tai Chi teacher Tim Regan, you'll learn practical tools to improve foot strength, mobility, and coordination, while refining your proprioception and relationship to the ground.
Join us to explore your feet as foundation.
$55 per person. Space is limited.

Honoring Eco-Grief with Compassion
With guidance from the work of Francis Weller, we’ll make space for grief — not as something to fix, but as something to tend.
Eco-grief, ancestral sorrow, personal loss — all are welcome as part of the sacred ecology of being human.
This is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and remember:
You are not alone. You are not separate. You are held.
Leave feeling grounded, open-hearted, and inspired, with practices you can bring into daily life.
