Anger and fear are part of the human experience, and blame of self and others is a natural consequence of being hurt. In this workshop, we begin to untangle ourselves from the limitations of this blame through working with mind and body.
Settle the nervous system through movement, breath and guided meditation.
Cultivate self-compassion through acknowledgment of our suffering.
Address self-limiting, self-blaming beliefs .
Work toward letting go of others who have caused us harm.
Come prepared to journal and move. Group sharing is supported, but not required.
