We all want to feel good about who we are. We want to feel whole and at ease; like we’ve found our right place in the world. The path to truth is through self connection, but what does that really mean? Genuine self-connection is about being able to feel into what resonates for you. Too often we believe that we’re flawed somehow, or like something is missing, because we’ve learned to be disconnected from our core selves.
The body is the most direct gateway to self-connection. As we learn to inhabit our body and experience our subtle energy we feel a revitalization. We learn compassion, acceptance and resiliency. From here the stagnation begins to break up, letting more flow come into your life.
Through guided meditation, movement, and experiential exercises we’ll learn how to relax, tune in and make space for who we really are. The intention of this workshop is to begin to get acquainted with embodied awareness and what it can offer you.
