This form of Sheng Zhen Gong is inspired by the harmony found in nature. The natural balance found in the moon’s path around the earth can also be experienced within our own bodies’ movements. Breathing is natural. Go into a space of emptiness. Enter into nothing. In your Heart and in your mind everything is perfect. The power inherent in this qigong comes through when we return to our natural state of being. Mondays and Fridays at 8:30a.

Learn and engage in group meditation to learn your ability to improve memory, improve sleep, have a stronger immune response and increase postivity. Mondays at 7:15p & Tuesdays at 1:30p.

Through guided meditation, movement, and experiential exercises we’ll learn how to relax, tune in and make space for who we really are. The intention of this workshop is to begin to get acquainted with embodied awareness and what it can offer you.
