Leg Strength, Balance and Mobility

Workshop 1: Walking Medicine 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Participants will learn simple therapeutic exercises, targeted stretching, and self-acupressure to relax and strengthen the foot, leg, hip and lower back improve balance, posture and gait.

Workshop 2: Walking Meditation 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Participants will learn a meditative Bagua walking method to further relax and strengthen the lower limb, ground the body and mind to the earth, and strengthen the abdominal core.
