When we hear the word “meditation” we immediately think of sitting cross-legged with our eyes closed. However, there are so many other ways to meditate. In this 5-day summer program we will empower teens on their journey to find inner peace, happiness, and creativity. By incorporating yoga, movement, writing, arts & crafts, nature walks, and so much more, participants will explore what meditation can be for them and learn tools to use throughout their school year, all the while having fun! Each day we will be exploring different types of meditations, helping each student to discover his or her personalized mindfulness practice.
