Sheng Zhen Qigong

The practice is comprised of gentle, graceful, healing movements and contemplations that stimulate the body's lifeforce energy (qi), producing a deep sense of inner-peace and well-being. Practicing the slow, rhythmic and symmetrical movements of Sheng Zhen Gong promotes healing unique to each person, and can accelerate other (traditional) healing processes as well.

 

Healing Gong

Sheng Zhen Healing Gong is a restorative medical qigong that blends an ancient tradition with gentle, meditative movements performed seated on a chair. Sheng Zhen Healing Gong is an integration of healing traditions, helping you use the power of Nature to heal yourself. 

This class is open to beginners and is taught comfortably seated in a chair.


Liver Qigong

Fridays: 8:30a to 9:30a

Through educating women on the changes in their bodies, minds and emotions and teaching them how to manage the transitions that come with aging, women’s Qigong empowers us to actively participate in our self- care and renewal.
